Troubleshooting
Stuck on Connecting
- Check the server in another client first. If it fails there too, the problem is on the server side.
- Make sure the key matches the server exactly: security, SNI, public key and short ID for Reality.
- Turn on Settings → Diagnostics mode, reconnect, then open Show log and send it to support.
“Could not parse the key”
The error shows the beginning of what was received. Usually the key was cut off while copying, or the text was a web page instead of a key. Copy it again from the panel.
“Subscription server responded 403 / 404”
The subscription link is wrong or has expired. Ask whoever issued it for a fresh one.
The server shows “no answer”
The latency test uses TCP. For servers behind strict firewalls this can fail even when the server works — try connecting anyway. UDP-based protocols (Hysteria 2, WireGuard) show a dash instead.
Connected, but sites don't open
- Turn Block traffic without VPN off and reconnect.
- If only some sites fail, the server's routing rules may be sending them elsewhere — check with your provider.
Still stuck?
Write to support and attach the diagnostics log.
